Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EXIM CAMP (the "Service"), operated by DEVANSH INTERNATIONAL ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secret, and are responsible for all activity on your account. Only US-based exporters or their authorized representatives may use the Service.
2. Plans, Trials & Billing
- Free trial is 7 days with limited AI runs.
- Paid plans (Starter, Growth) are billed monthly in USD.
- Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- AI run quotas reset every 30 days. Unused runs do not roll over.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — Paddle appears on your card statement, handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and customer service inquiries relating to purchases, subscriptions, and returns. Purchases are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which cover payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate US export controls (EAR, ITAR), OFAC sanctions, or destination-country import laws.
- Submit content you do not have the right to submit.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
- Attempt to bypass quotas, security, or rate limits.
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or infringing activity.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content (HS/Schedule B codes, duty estimates, buyer matches, customs documents, compliance guidance) is provided for informational purposes onlyand is not legal, tax, or customs advice. Verify with a licensed customs broker, attorney, or freight forwarder before acting. See the Disclaimer.
5. Intellectual Property
We own the Service, code, and design. You own the inputs you submit and the outputs generated for your account, subject to third-party AI provider terms.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost shipments, customs fines, or indirect damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except for small-claims or injunctive relief.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice for material changes.
