Refund Policy

EXIM CAMP is operated by DEVANSH INTERNATIONAL. Purchases are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which handles payments, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. This policy explains when refunds are available for paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.
1. Free Trial
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with 25 AI runs. No card is charged during the trial, so no refund is needed. Cancel any time before upgrading.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a Starter or Growth plan or the one-time Trial pack and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge, provided your account is in good standing (not suspended for abuse or fraud).
3. Monthly Renewals
Refunds for renewal charges are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. To stop future renewals, cancel from your account settings before the renewal date; you retain access until the end of the paid period.
4. Failed Deliverables
If a specific AI run returns an error and consumes a quota unit, we will restore the quota unit at no cost — email support@exportiq.app with the run ID.
5. Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your card was charged fraudulently, contact us at billing@exportiq.app and Paddle at paddle.net. We cooperate fully with legitimate chargeback investigations.
6. How to Request a Refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are processed through Paddle. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used for the purchase to look up your order and request a refund, or email billing@exportiq.app and we will forward the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date.
